Booking and minimum rental
The minimum rental period is four days for most vehicles. VW Arteon and Audi Q7 have a six-day minimum rental period. A booking is valid only after the rental company confirms the specific vehicle, dates and price.

Essential vehicle rental conditions
These are the main rules for the Olomouc fleet. The confirmed vehicle, dates, rate, deposit and binding conditions are stated in the individual rental agreement.
Driver and documents
The driver must present a valid identity document and driving licence. The vehicle may be driven only by persons named or approved in the rental agreement.
Final price, cash and refundable deposit
The listed prices are final and follow the price list of the specific vehicle. We are not VAT registered, so no VAT is added. The rental charge and refundable deposit are paid in cash when the vehicle is collected. The deposit is returned immediately in cash when the vehicle is returned undamaged and in the agreed condition. No refundable deposit is required for a rental of one month or longer.
Collection and return
Handover takes place at the agreed time at Jeremenkova 1574/12 in Olomouc. Opening hours are Monday to Thursday 9:00–17:00 and Friday 9:00–15:30; Saturdays and Sundays are closed.
Territory and mileage
Travel abroad is currently suspended. An exception may be approved only individually, in advance and under conditions confirmed by the rental company. Mileage is unlimited and no per-kilometre charge is added.
Vehicle condition, fuel and cleanliness
Return the vehicle washed outside and inside, clean and in the same condition in which it was handed over. The fuel level must match the level at collection. Damage, missing fuel or exceptional dirt is handled under the rental agreement.
Smoking and animals
Smoking is not permitted in the vehicles. Transporting animals must be approved in advance and the vehicle must be returned without dirt or damage.
Accident, breakdown or wrong fuel
Contact the rental company immediately after an accident, breakdown or refuelling error and follow its instructions. Do not arrange repairs or recovery without approval.
Extension and late return
An extension is possible only after prior confirmation. A fee of CZK 100 may be charged for each started hour of delay, together with any additional loss caused to a subsequent booking.
Fines and liability
The renter is responsible for traffic offences, parking charges and other fees incurred during the rental. Damage and insurance excess are handled under the individual agreement and insurance terms.
